Our Heritage

Rooted in Gandhian Philosophy

Founded by the legendary social activist Dr. Nirmala Deshpande, NCRD continues the 'Bhoodan' spirit of Acharya Vinoba Bhave. We believe that true development of India lies in its villages, and our mission is to provide the tribal youth of Gadchiroli with the same opportunities as any urban child.

For over four decades, we have operated Ashram schools that are more than just classrooms—they are sanctuaries of peace, non-violence, and holistic growth.
